Q1: Do you have a showroom where I may see and sit in your seats?

We welcome all of our clients to visit our showroom in Hebei, China. Factory tour can also be arranged. Please e-mail or call us to make an appointment with us.

Q2: Do you manufacture the chairs by yourself?

Yes. We have three factories as 'the World Factory'. Annual output can reach 1,000,000 seats. All our seats are being manufactured at our 200,000 square meters factory in China, which is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 for the design and manufacture of public seating.

Q3: How can I to know the details of the seats which I need?

You can write us E-mail to describe your specific needs, or use MSN, SKYPE with our online customer service chat. Of course, if necessary, also welcome your phone call to our service.

Q4: How about the price and quality of your seats?

2/ Quality and Services:

We are industry leader in China, No complains from customers in more than 20 years of manufacturing and sales over thousands of projects. Our brand is still not well known outside of China, but our products has been used and praised in most part of the world. Cause we are OEM manufacturer for many global famous companies from U.S.A. and Europe. The seats furniture from your local suppliers may actually produced in our factories.

Q5: Are all chairs the same size?

All our seats can be in various widths and heights to suit our customer's needs.

Q6: How many chairs can I fit in my theatre / auditorium / lecture hall etc.?

Please provide us a soft copy of the seating layout section and plan in order for us to determine the number of seats to be allocated.

Q7: We need fire retardant products to meet our market requirements, can you provide?

We can meet the technical and fire retardant requirements of the United Kingdom (British Standard 5852 - Crib 5), European Union M1 and the United States (California Technical Bulletin 117 and 133 etc.). Samples and certificates are available for testing purpose.

Q8: Where can I find the technical and designers information of a particular chair?

Q1: For fixed seating, how can I finish the installation on site?

Our products for overseas market has been well designed for easily installation and lowest maintenance cost. To ensure our customers have confidence in installation, we will provide Installation instructions, including drawing, actual installation photos and video etc.


Q1: What is the minimum quantity of chairs?

No minimum quantity.

Q2: Do you accept orders for custom design?

Yes, we accept custom design orders. Our main advantage is our low manufacturing cost, custom OEM cooperation is a good way to cooperate.

Warranty & Shipping

Q1: Your lead time?

Averagely 3-5 weeks, lead time depends on a order quantity. Order production will be processed upon receipt of all necessary documents and down-payment.

Q2: How to arrange the container sea shipment?

FOB or EX Works: It will be very good if you have reliable forwarder to make freight collection. C&F or CIF: If you not have reliable forwarder, you can transfer the shipment cost to us, we will arrange everything for you.

Q3: How can I do if I do not have any import experiences?

Please do not worry, we can provide Door To Door shipment, you only need sit at home to sign the arrival receipt. You can also work with a import broker to help you, which will be lower cost usually.

Q4: Do you provide warranty to your seats?

1/ For fixed seat products:

Five years warranty on all mechanical and steel parts on the grounds of workmanship or inherent defects; three years for the covers and foams, subject to fair wear & tear¨Cvandalism excluded. Besides 5 years warranty, we provide 1% spare seats for free for repair replacement.

2/ For movable furniture and other products:

Two years warranty.

Q1: How can I come to visit you?

Our factories and company are located at about two hours drive from Beijing and three hours drive from Tianjin Port. We will pick you up at airport when you come.
